The HC quoted mc is wrong.
135m SOI x 097 = $13m mc
Less ~$6m cash is ~$7m ev.
Simple scenario here. Either generate some serious revenue that even a blind man couldn't ignore (unlikely in the ST). Or get serious about managing the register and promotion of the company, via a broker who specialises in this.
The story is there. The free-float is small. Mgmt are missing how this end of the market works.
