Perhaps you would like to clarify the market uncertainty surrounding this then:-
On 9/10/13 SOC announced:-
However, in the recent announcement dated 31/3/14, SOC announced:-
On my calculations, 72% of 96M = 69.12M shares, however SOC are now saying they only have 42M shares. So that in itself is causing confusion as the numbers don't match up
Then there is the issue, which you have left out regarding the 40M shares to AceA and 40M options to AceA, in addition to the proposal to increase the capital base by 4 - not conduct a 4:1 consolidation as everyone thinks
So we have been advised there is 96M shares on issue, now we are being advised there is 58M shares on issue, neither of which factor in any consideration for the 40M shares and 40M options to AceA nor the proposal to enlarge the capital base by 1:4
You now understand why the market has no idea what valuation is surrounding the IPO nor the status and price of AceA and others options at pre-enlargement prices of 10c
Clarity would be wonderful
