My opinion:
- Ventia has a poor relationship with some customers and struggles to win contracts.
- It was created a few years ago for the purpose of being flipped.
- The CEO has worked there a few months, straight off the boat from UK and has already got 30 million dollars or something from this listing (he's done nothing).
- CFO is an apollo plant.
- The company has never had a good CEO.
- The best leader they had is leaving the business / retiring.
- When Ventia acquired Broadspectrum from ferrovial, the company became more Broadspectrum than Ventia. The issue is that Ventia's contracts run leaner and make more money. Broadspectrum is the opposite.
My opinion: Ventia has a poor relationship with some customers...
