I agree with you, it was knocked down heavily from the initial pricing and might be worth it now for a short to medium term trade.
My comments are more about the structure, leadership, business model, and future of the company and not about if the company is a good deal today or tomorrow. I just wanted to highlight the issues that longer term and income investors will face with this company and industry.
I think it's obvious there are things that are embellished or problems that are glossed over in any IPO so its probably nothing too shocking.
