in Technical Analysis, previous resistance becomes support once beached. in layman's terms this means that if the price holds above 0.185 it should provide a base for a move up to a new high, which would be 0.22+.
all if's, buts and maybes and not advice etc but i'd tend to agree that's what the chart is saying...
