Thanks for the tip about the recent interview. I have just listened to it - that's the type of reassurance I was after.
For those that haven't heard it, Andrew Sorenson said...
- when selling for $300/tn and freight is $80/tn then shipping cost has a big impact but...
- "the bulk of contracts are on an FOB basis" meaning that the buyer pays the freight costs
- the other contracts that are CIF have the delivered price set quarterly.

By the way folks, we should welcome different lines of thought, especially when most people on the channel are saying things like "this company is awesome, why is the market so stupid to not recognise it?" Don't you want to have a clear view of an investment's risks to balance the blue-sky view that brought you here? I'm here because I want to hear details/opinions that aren't just put out by the company, or to have those details explained when I don't understand them. I have posted more positive analysis on another company - I'd love to have more people critique my analysis there - it might save me from making a mistake.
