no worries. normally I'd expect an announcement re scale back but I guess it's pre listing. looking forward to this one. would be a nice surprise if Wilson bought assets that have appreciated above issue price on day one. I know they were in specie transferring LICs from their other funds. also potentially bought MHH prior to listing. my guess is a 3 -6% NTA uplift from issue + a Wilson NTA premium of the same amount
