I think you will find that you have paid 20 cents for every WGR share you have been given (Without knowing it)... Deducted from your GWR shares cost base @ 2.38 cents per GWR share
When you sell your WGR shares, your cost price is 20cents per share
When you sell your GWR shares your cost price is whatever you paid for them... Minus 2.38 cents per share
No escaping the Taxman and I'm pretty sure that is how he is going to see it.
