My position is a bit more positive than yours
Nasdaq is an attractive platform for companies to become global players. Companies get access to investors worldwide, superior trading efficiency and increased global visibility, wider research and analyst coverage, enhanced corporate reputation, potentially higher valuation.

It’s a big call, and in the long-term will be great if they can pull it off – in the short-term we’ll need to grin and bare it! However, I suspect they are not going into this without being reasonably confident they can achieve a good result.

We do however need to keep a watch on how they use the funds - program development and expansion should be the priority and I'm wary of the reference to expenditure on corporate matters!
