there was some discussions (late last year and early this year)as to how the SP hardly moved even when positive announcements were made and a US / Nasdaq listing was imperative . It would have been nice if the SP was firmer when the move to listing in the nasdaq was made but no positive announcements seem to move the SP . There was scary comment in the last few days that even efficacy may not move the SP . Something had to be done to get the SP going and I see this as management listening to its Shareholders ( through HC) . And.... there has to be reason for raising 60 mil ...and I disagree with comments that the monies are simply to cater to a lifestyle ......management has been frugal in my opinion .
