I do seem to recall that Z have some sort of deadline to meet (March '19?) by which they need to get things sorted out.
Perhaps we minorities hold out until then for AT LEAST the mid point proposed by the truly independent valuation.
Force them into meeting our conditions. Wouldn't that be enjoyable!
