    The ESIC classification was great. 20% tax return on capital + no capital gains.

    The plan is for a Q3 IPO (I expected Q4 or next year depending on the state of the markets). There is absolutely no point in an IPO on the ASX until you have some level of revenue in the short term as a tech company. Any attempt otherwise will be sold down to nothing within 3-6m of launch.

    The two revenue streams likely are the power supply for Nanothings (origami super caps) and the NematiQ (JV) graphene membrane based filter for Chinese residential supply. Both are still in development today, but there is no more fundamental research required to commercialize. They are in the final phase of product development rather than pure research.

    I'm happy with the progress. Two subsequent raises to the ESIC round steadily increasing the valuation. It will have another jump when the products launch to setup a solid IPO all going well.
