Thanks for the info. It's definitely an interesting business and the other owners are staying. I'll wait and watch. Yes their near monopoly is great but they can't exploit it as they have a regulated pricing regime. this is perhaps an area of potential future upside with deregulation and a business model change - to % based commission.
