People can make all the noises but PEXA monopoly is here to stay and will command leading positions for years to come for many valid reasons @pastperformer posted
no one would messed around and change platform for a few bucks saving on a six and seven figures properties settlement it just extraordinary risk for penny pinching exercise
hell I would pay an extra hundred bucks for my settlement to go smoothly and on time
