IPOs on the ASX

Just spotted an IPO (mining stock) going gangbusters today with 65% gains straight up: EM2

The reason I mention this here and now is that MTC is about to spin-out its world-class cobalt assets under iCobalt, prospectus due to be lodged any day now. The priority offer record date will be 4 business days after the prospectus has been lodged.

This should interest current and prospective MTC holders, since:

"Upon listing, iCobalt will have an undiluted market capitalisation of $9.1 million and an enterprise value of $4.6 million."

It is my personal opinion (not advice) that this is very low for such good cobalt assets and may offer significant upside potential.
