Do I think it should be on ASX yes absolutely as it does have the title "Market Announcement".! and stupidly IMHO that means tell the market.
I don't know the disclosure rules nor am I a fan of ASX/CHI-X, and dark pools, HFT or bots, and I think ASIC needs to get its game together on this and other matters. Call the shareholders association maybe.? The other thing that would be good is if HC picked it up at least we would know about it.
