Thanks @Hrdwk. Yes, he enrolled for their clinical trial repurposing Monepantel. He was on it for over a year, and is going to resume for the next phase because it appears to slow the progression of the disease. It appears it also crosses the blood brain barrier. They actually allowed him (between trials) to continue taking a small dose of Monepantel while he takes the iPPS. Maybe that explains the fatigue - two drugs circulating around in his brain doing God knows what. Or maybe it's just a part of the MND progression. The fatigue just seems to be worse after iPPS.
