    Howdy All,

    Just wondering what the chances are of one of the defendants trying to buy out IPR rather than paying the 'possible' infringement costs?

    I can only assume that it would not be feasable unless the payout figures would cost more than the cost of a takeover of the company.

    Is there any law stopping this occurring?

    Just a thought.

    PS not saying company will be a takeover target, just wondering if this is a possiblity in anyone elses mind?
