    of course its possible but i think highly unlikely.

    The defendants will be happy to pay a precentage which suits them as opposed to buying acompany who is basically a IP litigant

    hard for someonle like Cisco to buy a company which did not have any subststantive revenues let alone earnings.

    Could happen once and IF...IPR win a few of the cases on the go as revenue stream woul dbe quite significant.

    But still unlikely it would come from the Ciscos etc.

    Might see Farrelly and Norgard take it private?
