I think a takeover by one of the litigants in the Texas case or any other for that matter is also highly unlikely. But I think the idea of an MBO is not totally without merit.

I also happen to think that the Texas matter will settle before trial in April. I'm sure they are down to arguing $$'s and obviously without knowing how far apart both sides presently are, I am confident a settlement will be reached.

Of course I have no foundation for my thinking just a gut feel.
