Just called iprimus as i am considering switching. Vocus shareholders get 20% off by the way if anyone did not know. My current tpg adsl drops out every 5 minutes, tpg unhelpful after 4 phone calls this month, been with them for 4 years with no issues. Telling me there is nothing wrong with it.
Service rep from iprimus was helpful and of ESL background but easily understood. Was pushing hard for the sale right at the end of the call when i suggested to have a think and call him back. Pushed to call me back to check if i had made a decision. I work in sales so know this strategy works, good to see these practices first place behind the scenes on consumer facing side. As a shareholder it gives me confidence, thought holders might like to hear my anecdotal experience as well as mention of the 20% discount for Vocus shareholder discovery
