oh! I forgot to say that Linc's Chinchilla project was staarted under the same consultants as Cougar.... Blinderman of ERGO If I recall right.... Mr B a long term mate of Dr Len was mentioned in Linc original information memoradum....but he did little work if any since the refloat by Bond....Blinderman IS THE WORLD AUTHORITY with great success in SA.

Would not be suprised if CXY does not come back next week ....there are some major issues to deal with before a go forward position can be reached.....a continued suspension may well be best for long term shareholders as a sub 1c is now likely as losses mount.

A legal challenge would be long and very expensive needing very deep pockets.
