Some say that it would be beneficial to Federal Labor if Qld elect a LNP Government in October. The reasoning is that the Qld voters might have already taken out their frustrations on the present state incumbent before the Federal election due before May next year. To avoid a Labor minority Government, they say Federal Labor need to pick up a seat or two in Qld to balance out expected losses in WA.
