Didn't hit the Edit button quick enough, but also wanted to add that they are very comfortable (medium oval tips) and have never felt like falling out.
The battery life is also better than I expected. I went from 95% to 56% listening to music for 2.5 hours (in Music mode). It seems as though the 4 hour battery life may be for music playing with augmented hearing turned on. Need to test this out some more though.
Another thing I haven't yet figured out is how to properly turn them off. When I picked the buds up 5-6 hours later, the battery was at 8%. I thought I had disconnected them, but maybe you have to put them back in their case?
