Yes that is pretty much what I said, but there is something that needs to be explained, does the buy in price for IQE relate to today's price or something perhaps higher in six months time?
To my way of thinking they are getting a very good deal anyway, so now that they have decided to take up our offer surely it should be based on todays SP, not something in the future, but then again if their SP falls? well bugger me, let them have them at that price LOL.
