Great to see small business will finally be able to employ with confidence. A 30 minute interveiw doesnt tell you much about a persons future work performance. Also by the year 2008 their will be more ppl leaving the work place than comming in. If you are a good employee employee then you will have nothing to worrie about! Remember the IR laws work both ways. I think you will find allot of ppl will be asking for pay rises on the basis of their work out put, compared to lesser employees, Remember competition is good.
