Iran has vowed it will never dismantle its nuclear programs.
Iran's top delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) made the comment in Beijing today.
Mr Seyev Mousavian is in Beijing to drum up support after the United States accused Iran of using a civilian atomic energy program to secretly develop nuclear weapons.
Mr Mousavian denied the accusations and gave assurances that Iran's uranium enrichment activities would not be diverted for weapons technology.
A week ago Iran agreed to suspend all its enrichment-related activities in order to avoid the threat of UN sanctions. (ABC)
