re: amorous dill: clarifies the iranian view of th Happy new year to you too. However, some of us and chew gum and walk at the same time. Ignoring what is going on in the world is allowing the bastards and the lunatics to continue their dastardly and lunatic ways. We've got to speak out where -in our individual perspectives- injustice is done; and speak out very loudly, so as to show that we, the common folk, the folk that gets sent to wars as cannon fodder exist, are of equal value to them and that we disagree. In a democratic society (If that's what they want to call themselves-these bastards and lunatics) we should be allowed to express ourselves not only in the pissy little theatrical events they call elections but in the major decisions.
And, dillie, you haven't shut up all year, from memory!
