no one cares about them.

no other Arabs want to help them because they are scared of conflict with USA.

Gaza will be lost to Israelis whether you like it or not. it's just a matter of time.

the real reason for this terrible loss of human life are leaders of Palestine as they are in charge and they are incompetent in their jobs and their decisions resolved absolutely nothing for decades. yet, they keep on doing the same thing over and over and over..
