I've pointed out to @MirCat that Yagoda converted to Christianity prior to the Communist takeover, and that reference to his "Jewish linage (sic)" is a typical anti-Semitic tactic.
@MirCat is convinced, like Hitler was, and like the Spanish Inquisition, that "once a Jew, always a Jew"...that conversion to another religion is irrelevant.
