Yes, some do.

And others argue that Iran inittiated the direct conflict by instructing its proxy Hezbullah to attack Israel after 7/10 and it's other proxy, Yemeni Houthis, to attack Israeli-connected, and other international shipping.

But Israel has acted as US proxy in many parts of the world doing the biding of US, claiming that the US had no involvement/
