Correct. Israel was founded on the principle as the US attack dog in the region. It has gotten out of control since they developed the doomsday cobalt bomb and a doctrine to deploy it -- the Samson Option.
But until the day they do deploy it they will continue to act in the role they were founded to be, and that is attack all and everyone in the region , steal more land to support the role , and continue with the now outdated narrative of being perpetual victim.
They will only go so far though -- bullies need backup from other bullies and the US so far is not interested in attacking Iran
