john kerry, the current secretary of state, came out publically and stated that the agreement between obama and iran is NOT LEGALLY BINDING on iran but rather has written in it, the capacity for enforcement

if this was a treaty then BY LAW the agreement MUST be approved by the senate

so then - this "agreement" which is non legally binding and has no senate approval, which has also had members take the unprecedented step of writing to a foreign state under its own banner has told iran that this will not apply after the next election when another president is elected, and that this agreement is not worth the paper it is written on. (one caveat to that would be if clinton gets elected and continues on with the obama plan)

kerry knows this as a former member of the senate.
