Don't know if I have misconstrued anything here, but I thought the general sense of the topic was on the western worlds concerns about Irans nuclear capabilities and if they had them, would they use them. I'm sure the same would apply to North Korea.

I'm sure the Iranian leaders comments have not helped there nuclear energy ambitions.
Watso, its really not all that suprising they have sanctions on them. Somehow talking tough and then demanding sanctions be lifted for peaceful nuclear use is not all that convincing, wouldn't you agree.
