I read an article today which convinced me that this would end up being a farce because Iran is not a crediible country to be trading with. Investors won't want to trade with them for many reasons ... Iran don't even have a workable court system for dispute resolution without government separation. It won't work ... even if Iran open the oil bourse for trade, who's going to trade with them? China ... i doubt it ... US senators will end the China dream by slapping big tariffs on Chinese imports and bursting their manufacturing dreams which are reliant upon them exporting the majority of their cr#p to the US. China wouldn't dare to do it.
Russia ... maybe, but they'd be the only ones. It would be extremely politically sensitive if they did!
