    sometime i posted on the matter, and wondered what had happened about the iranian oil bourse, that was suppossed to be operating by the end of march. my reading was that it had not happened. also i read that it would be pretty hard to entice foreigners to operate in the bourse - because of the legal position. maybe it simply will not happen
