According to news.com.au, "U.S. based military affairs website 'globalsecurity.org' describes the Fajr-3 as a 240mm artillary rocket with a 40km range. They also say another missile called the Kosar would be undetectable by radar and designed to sink ships in the Gulf.
Does anybody remember a story that appeared in the media about 12 years ago claiming that Russia had developed a torpedo that was superfast because they had overcome the skin friction by emitting a fluid from pores in the weapons skin?
