and who cares if they do (have nuclear weapons) - they would be stupid not to have them. in the region, israel has them, india has them, pakistan has them (russia, china and north korea are not all that far away). iran is a civilized society, not run by mad mullahs. in persian (iran) society, religious guidance comes from the very top, and it is not remotely mad (watso is anti religion, and anti muslim). there is a reason why iranians revere Ayatollah Khomeini (he lived in exile for years, in france) - and he is not a mad mullah. the reason that the americans started to get the upper hand in iraq, was because the shia had a different mindset to the sunni, and sided with the americans, for protection. the sunni had suicide bombers (who believed in the reward of 72 virgins) - the shia did not believe in that. sadly, no 72 virgins for shia suicide bombers.
