Yes that's my understanding, but satellite imagery will prove it to those claiming otherwise.
IMO people need to take a deep breath before re-posting unverified information from Twitter & other "alternative" sources as fact.
People can say & claim anything. It's up to you to verify instead of breathlessly re-posting & cheering on.
