    Legs are my strength...two blown acls did my squats a great disservice

    Leg press is far easier on the knees in a sled.

    BTW...a typical lg day is 5 working sets in the sled..and then 4 sets to failure in both the leg curl and leg extension machines. Some weeks alt out the squats for the press
