With multiple failed attempts, maybe you'd trust them with a nuke, but in my books, that makes them just as dangerous, if not moreso to the whole neighbourhood - which extends to everywhere on our little planet...
...so perhaps the "usual suspects" are the only roadblock to what could be an absolute disaster!
