Which multiple attempts do you refer to? Building a bomb or building a nuclear power industry?
Now lessee, the US which has the largest nuke stockpile, has used them on a civilian population, has invaded dozens of countries, and Israel, reputed to have hundreds of nukes, threatening the world(the Samson option at least according to Martin van Creveld, who states that the Israelis have targeted all European cities), neither of whom allow inspections, and we are supposed to worry about the Iranians??? Yagottabekiddenme!
