The Arab League has $US120 billion defence budget with 3,000,000 active military personal and 2,200,000 Reservists (with 120,000,000 fit Military personal) plus Tanks and Aircraft by the 1000's. Maybe they just like to have all this hardware on show, kind of like a toy collection and parked up around the desert like their Ferrari's and Lamborghini's?
