Be aware that the dinar may be changed to an internal dinar and an external dinar after the elections. No Iraqi government worth their salt would allow the country to be sold off cheap. The internal dinar would appreciate and the external dinar decline.Old Yugoslavia had a similar currency arrangement, also the Soviet block.
