Funny how the article doesn't blame anyone. It assumes the reader will blame the Iraqi's. One thing for sure is we don't positively know who perpetrated this attack but this quote in the post is interesting.

"At 4.30pm we heard a big explosion. It was caused by a rocket, said Adnan Al-Jabouri, a second UN driver at the hotel. "

Obviously it was a very big explosion, do the Iraqi's have the capability to carry out an attack on this scale and against their interests.
