Why no uprising? Personally, I wouldn't like to be dragged off in the middle of the night, tortured and killed, and have the same happen to my family.
Scum like Saddam Hussein have been two a penny throughout history and, tragically, it'll continue while people like that are able to establish smallish groups of like-minded brutal and corrupt a-holes to back them up.
Why no uprising? Personally, I wouldn't like to be dragged off...
