Not hard to understand at all. Most of the terrorists who have been identified as having participated in both sets of bombings of the World Trade Centres were Saudi's. There is probably more hatred towards America and Israel amongst Saudi citizens than among the Iraqis. No-one has managed to come up with hard evidence linking Saddam to these terrorist activities, whilst there is plenty of evidence linking the Saudis to acts of terror, such as the recent information that Saudi Arabia financed the Palestinian Hamas in their war of terror against Israel. So why doesnt Bush want to sort out the Saudis? Answer: he wants the Iraqis' oil first.
