I agree trend the Iraq Gov needs to put their head back on straight!

There job is to find out who extorted the money at their end and recover it.

Knowing Saddam and many leaders like him the only way you could get food into such countries is to pay kick backs and the UN would know it.

The argument will always be “which is the greater evil!”

Refuse and Saddam turns it around and blames you or pay and get blamed still just the body count maybe lower short term at least.
Considering these types of deals have probably been made all over the place it should come as no surprise that there are players in the UN that active organize and profit from them.
It simply just follows!
Now the problem is do that type of stuff often enough and it wouldn’t be hard to completely lose sight of the ball.
