    So what?!?

Does the Republican and Democrats vote in accordance to their allegiance?

Iraq's parliament is a properly constituted parliament: are we now saying Middle Eastern Parliaments are irrelevant; the very institution we promoted to them as part of democracy?

The laws were passed by parliament. Are you saying its irrelevant because it came from the Middle East?

Are you saying the US should behave like Imperialists (that they have been accusing us of) by ignoring the vote of Iraqi Parliament?

Does the US then not become the OCCUPYING army?

Isn't that what it is? An occupying army!!!

And if that is the case, doesn't the local army have a right to attack them?

So what laws will the US rely upon to stay in Iraq, other than threatening SANCTIONS?

If the above is the case, then WHO is the VILLIAN in this scenario: the people fighting for their resources and land or the Occupier who interferes in their country and refuses to leave?
