Yep - that sounds like it could be Putin's response - but how does that humiliate Bush? It's just Putin's opinion...
In Iraq the people still want the elections held eo January and whilst they're scared of being blown up at an election booth - they are still prepared to vote. It will be interesting to see the percentage of voters who actually vote (ie that aren't scared off).
